EVENT FLOW

THERE IS NO WORKOUT BRIEF. ATHLETES MUST UNDERSTAND WORKOUTS AND MOVEMENT STANDARDS PRIOR.

The day runs on a flow schedule, meaning you will be competing in events 1-4 in an 1:35 hour window.

Why we do it this way? Less “re warming up” and you can time your arrival based on your heat start time. Each Pair will receive their event 1 start time and then flow through events 1-4 on a running clock.

0-20 EVENT 1

20-30 BREAK/WARMUP FOR EVENT 2

30-50 EVENT 2

50-1:10 BREAK/WARMUP FOR EVENT 3

1:26-1:35 EVENT 4

EVENT 5 is a floater event. You will be prompted to book a heat time for this event prior to competing. You can choose to hit this event early and get it out of the way OR later in the day, the choice is yours.

Slot times will fill up so get in and book your slot as soon as you can to get a favourable time. We will make sure you’re well aware of when this booking opportunity comes available.

Athletes are expected to be up to date with the workouts and movement standards for each event.

ENTRY COSTS

$265, Early bird offerings vary from this.

Entry is non-refundable unless the event is postponed or cancelled. You may however transfer your tickets to someone else upon request.

You DO NOT need both athletes locked in when you register.

Just give your team a name (can change it up until 4 weeks out).
